Position: IT Technician

Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications

  • Set up and maintain computer networks, routers, and Wi-Fi systems

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients

  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues

  • Maintain detailed documentation of work performed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support or a related field

  • Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and networking principles

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines

  • UAE driving license (preferred)

  • Customer-first attitude and a passion for technology
