Collection of Receipts.
When our staff arrives to pick up or deliver the equipment, take the receipt from him. Any claim without a receipt will not be covered by Royal Step.

Royal Step is registered in UAE. The service policies and terms are governed by and constituted in accordance with the laws of Dubai excluding its conflict of law provisions. Collect the receipt from our employee when he comes to pick up or deliver the device. Royal Step will not be responsible for any claim without the receipt.

The experts from Royal Step work their level best to provide guaranteed services. However, in some critical issues, especially when it comes to the repairing of liquid or physically damaged devices, the performance or functionality is not guaranteed. In any such cases, Royal Step will not be liable for the failure or malfunction of the device.

Royal Step is not an Authorized Service Provider (ASP) of any device such as a mobile phone, laptop, or tablet.
